Choice Builders of Virginia, Inc. is a residential construction and remodeling company serving homeowners throughout Hampton Roads. Since 2008, our team has focused on delivering high-quality workmanship, thoughtful planning, and dependable project management across a wide range of home improvement and renovation projects.
The company was founded by Brian Sutryk and Frank Sutryk and built on a commitment to craftsmanship, professionalism, and long-term client relationships. Today, Choice Builders continues to grow under the leadership of Brian Sutryk and Josh Sutryk, expanding the company’s capabilities while maintaining the standards that established its reputation.
Choice Builders of Virginia is also the parent company behind Choice Services of Virginia, which provides specialized home system installations including heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical upgrades.
Our Journey
Choice Builders of Virginia began its early work in partnership with D&B Properties, focusing on residential property renovations and home improvement projects.
This experience helped establish the company’s foundation in construction planning, project coordination, and renovation work. As the business expanded, the team began taking on a wider range of remodeling and home improvement projects while continuing to build long-term relationships with homeowners across the region.
Over time, the company’s growth led to the development of Choice Services of Virginia, allowing the team to provide both construction expertise and specialized home system services under one coordinated organization.
